Customers may upload photos through our website, email, or text message to request a quote or provide information about a project.

These photos are used to:

With your permission when appropriate, our team may take photos before, during, or after a project to:

• Document completed work
• Verify service completion

We will never use identifiable photos of your property, belongings, or family in advertising, on our website, or on social media without your permission.

If we would like to feature a before-and-after transformation or completed project, we will request permission when appropriate.

Customers may decline without affecting their service.

You retain ownership of any photos you submit.

By voluntarily submitting photos to Toss It, you grant us permission to use those photos solely for preparing estimates, communicating with you, performing services, maintaining business records, and supporting customer service.

Photos are stored using commercially reasonable security measures and are only accessible to authorized personnel or trusted service providers who help us operate our business.

We do not sell customer photos.

We do not share uploaded photos with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Photos may be shared only when reasonably necessary to:
