Terms of Service

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the property owner you represent.

Toss It provides junk removal, estate cleanouts, property cleanouts, hauling, and trailer rentals in East Alabama. Services are subject to availability, crew capacity, and safe working conditions.

We offer free, no-obligation estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined on site once our crew can see the full scope of the job. Estimates may change if the actual volume, weight, or materials differ from what was described.

Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred window, but weather, traffic, equipment issues, and job overruns may occasionally require us to adjust arrival times. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

• Provide accurate information about the items to be removed.
• Ensure someone 18 or older is present or has authorized access to the property.
• Identify any items that should NOT be removed.
• Disclose any known hazards on the property.

You authorize Toss It personnel to enter the property and work areas necessary to complete the job. You represent that you have the right to grant this access. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.

Junk removal pricing is primarily volume-based. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept common payment methods as communicated at booking.

Additional charges may apply for, but are not limited to:

• Excessive weight (concrete, dirt, tile, shingles, etc.)
• Hazardous materials or items requiring special disposal
• Multiple flights of stairs or long carry distances
• Extended labor time beyond the original scope
• Inaccessible or difficult-to-reach locations
• Disposal fees imposed by transfer stations or landfills

Any additional charges will be discussed with you before work continues.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip fee at our discretion.

Trailer rentals are subject to separate rental agreements and policies, including deposit, insurance, mileage, weight, and return requirements. Those agreements govern your trailer rental in addition to (and where applicable, in place of) these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toss It's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may use third-party providers for booking, payments, trailer rental management, disposal, and communications. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of those third parties.

All content on utossit.com, including logos, text, images, and layout, is owned by Toss It, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Alabama.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
