A Lake Martin Property Cleanout

The homeowners were a wonderful older couple preparing to sell their lake home and move into the next chapter of life. Over the years they had accumulated furniture, mattresses, household items, and belongings that needed to be removed before putting the home on the market.

My son and I carefully removed everything, treated their home with respect, and left the property ready for its next owners.
When we finished, the homeowners were incredibly appreciative of the work we had done. They surprised us with a tip, and it was especially meaningful because it was my son's very first tip while helping me on a Toss It job.
